HPL PANELS
Features
A raw wooden board coated with a High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) on both sides. Usually we employ Plywood or Blockboard, but even MDF or Chipboard, are usable for the purpose. In addition to the laminates of our collections, we apply laminates on request.
Among different types of raw wooden boards, it is possible to choose the most suitable to customer’s needs:
Poplar Plywood:
It is made by multiple layers of crossed poplar rotary cut veneers.

Blockboard with hdf faces:
With HDF sheet applied on each side of the core (3-layer pattern), or one rotary cut Ceiba veneer and a HDF sheet applied on each side of the core (5-layer pattern).

Glueing
D2 Class
MDF:
A board made of grinded chips, tiny wooden particles and sawdust. The mix obtained from the grinding process is glued and compressed to create a sort of wood pulp.
